The Community was designed to offer a more intimate and homelike environment compared to larger retirement communities, with multiple themed "houses" each accommodating a small number of residents. Resident Care Coordinator
Taylor’s healthcare journey began with a big heart and a lot of compassion – as a Direct Support Professional working with adults with special needs for over four years. In December 2019, she brought that same dedication to GAH’s memory care homes as a caregiver, and in May 2022, she proudly stepped into her current role as Resident Care Coordinator.
Taylor has honed her nearly decades-worth of healthcare experience to provide vital support to GAH’s nursing team. She handles everything from resident appointment scheduling and transportation, to managing medical and medication supplies, coordinating with physicians and pharmacies, and organizing on-site healthcare services. If it helps a resident feel cared for and supported, Taylor’s probably involved! Outside of work, Taylor Loves soaking up time with her family, friends, and her beloved dog. She’s also a big fan of softball and never turns down a chance to grab the mic for a little karaoke.
