Dignity, Comfort and Care Right Here in Liberty Lake

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide exceptional, person-centered care that honors the dignity, faith, and individuality of every resident. Rooted in family values and guided by compassion, we blend clinical excellence with innovative approaches to create a safe, nurturing environment where physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being can truly thrive.

 Our
Floor Plans

Our floor plans are designed to give you a clear sense of the layout and flow of our living spaces, helping you envision daily life within our community. Each residence is thoughtfully planned to support comfort, accessibility, and ease of living.

Floor plans are intended as a helpful starting point and are best experienced alongside our virtual or in-person tours, where you can gain a fuller understanding of the space, natural light, and overall atmosphere. While individual residences may vary in features and availability, our team is always available to answer questions and help you find the option that best meets your needs.

Take a Virtual Tour

We understand that choosing the right community is an important and personal decision. Our Matterport virtual tours provide a realistic, interactive view of our living spaces, common areas, and amenities—allowing you and your family to explore at your own pace from anywhere.

These tours are designed to offer clarity and peace of mind, helping you become familiar with our environment before scheduling an in-person visit. While nothing replaces seeing the community firsthand, our virtual tours are a helpful first step in getting to know the comfort, care, and thoughtful design that define our community.

What Our Families Say

How fortunate we were to have our dear mother living in Colonial House at Guardian Angel Homes for 3 1/2 years. Mom was happy and enjoyed her life there. She had lived with her daughters for years, put when that didn't work any more, Guardian Angel was perfect for this time of her life. She was always smiling and that made us happy. Whatever level of assistance she needed, the staff provided care with profesionalism, compassion and personal caring. They were amazing. Mom passed a couple of weeks ago. Hospice was there working with the staff. These Guardian Angel care givers had known Mom for years. They too had tears as they gave Mom, and even we her family, comfort and everything we needed. It also touched me how her friends and fellow residents came to visit Mom in her final days. They came quietly to pray with her, to talk with her, and to hold her hand. Staff and residents alike brought so much strength and comfort to Mom and to we her children. Truly Guardian Angel was a blessing. We have such wonderful memories of being there

The Administration, Nursing, and All Care giving staff at GAH Liberty Lake have educated and given us a quality understanding & care for our loved one. The responsibility associated with human care does not always receive the recognition it deserve.
Thank you to GAH for their efforts and care.
